General Information
At Alter Rock it does not matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or an old hand... there is something for everyone.
Alter Rock's aim is to help you have fun and to push your limits!
Since opening in 2008 the number of regular climbers has been steadily increasing, due to the friendly staff and quality of the routes.
Climbers working in Derby might wish to participate in lunch time climbing.
If you are interested in having a party or bringing a group please check out the Parties and Groups section.
For those feeling peckish or thirsty there are soft drinks, chocolate bars, cakes, sandwiches and hot snacks available.
