You can download Alter Rock registration forms here to help speed things along on your first visit to the centre. 

Please download the appropriate registration form ensuring you have filled out all of the relevant sections and ensuring you have answered a full Yes or No to the questions on your form. 

Adult Registration Forms

Adult Centre Registration – please complete this form if you are a competent climber over 18 years old. A competent climber is someone who is able to tie a figure of eight knot, use a sit harness and belay using an appropriate device. 

Bouldering Only Registration – please complete this from if you are over 18 and would like to climb at Alter Rock and use only the bouldering wall. 

Guest Registration – please complete this form if you are a non-climber and would like to climb at Alter Rock under the supervision of a full adult member, who must complete the bottom section of this registration form. Each full adult member can supervise up to two guests at any one time. 

Junior Registration Forms 

16 – 17 Years – this form should be completed by both the junior climber and by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian does not have to have visited Alter Rock but does need to have read the Rules and Conditions that can be found on the website. 

14 – 15 Years – this form should be completed by both the junior climber and by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must have visited Alter Rock before completing this form. 

Up to 13 Years – this form should be completed by a parent or guardian. Children under 14 should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless they are part of an organised group session.
