Birthday Parties - £10 Per Head
Birthday parties in Derby don't come more exciting than at Alter Rock Climbing Centre.
As Derby's only dedicated climbing centre we have climbing routes for everyone regardless of their age or ability.
Almost in the heart of Derby a birthday party at Alter Rock includes an hour's climbing session, all of the children will get the chance to climb on the roped walls putting their trust in their friends (and our instructors) to belay them and keep them safe. During the birthday party everyone will also get to abseil where they will be descended from on high from the eves of the old church and finally everyone will get to try out the bouldering wall pitting their strength against the climbing wall.
Not only will it be the most exciting birthday party in Derby it will be great fun, it will get your children active and will hopefully tire them out too.

- 1 Hours Climbing
- Equipment Hire
- Free Junior Climbing Club Voucher (worth £12)
Participant Numbers: Maximum 24, Minimum 6 (per session)
Days and Times: Saturday and Sunday 1:00 - 4:00 pm
Age: 7 years upwards
Participants are not required to be registered with Alter Rock, however they or a guardian must read and understand the BMC participation statement (this can be found on all of our group booking forms).
