Here at Alter Rock we have activities and opportunities for young people that can fit within the criteria for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
Physical Activity
Indoor climbing is a new challenge for most young people and fulfils all the requirements of a physical activity for DofE. We run regular sessions structuring it so that people can progress up the different grades of skill level.
Or, you can set your own challenges according to whether you are aiming for your Bronze, Silver or Gold DofE Award.
Our city centre location in Derby and easy access to public transport makes Alter Rock a good choice for independent young people to learn new skills leading to their DofE Awards.
